How is ranking calculated?
The ranking is calculated based on climbs during a given period as follows:
Number of points for the route’s difficulty × multiplier of the type of ascent

Example of calculation
Let’s consider a route with a difficulty of 5 UIAA, which is rated at 200 points. Depending on the type of ascent, the climber is scored as follows:
- Attempt: 200 x 0.25 = 50 points
- Top rope: 200 x 0.5 = 100 points
- Auto belay: 200 x 0.6 = 120 points
- AF: 200 x 0.7 = 140 points
- Pink point: 200 x 1 = 200 points
- Flash: 200 x 1.25 = 250 points
- Onsight: 200 x 1.5 = 300 points
